Within Leonardo Aeronautica's Service BU, specifically in the Continuous Improvement & Change Management organizational unit, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement & Change Management Specialist for our offices in Turin and Pomigliano d'Arco.
The CI&CM specialist must guide and structure continuous improvement and organizational transformation within the company, optimizing processes, operational performance, and work models in compliance with regulatory requirements.
The role aims to:
Increase efficiency, quality, and reliability of processes;
Support organizational evolution in complex and regulated contexts;
Ensure sustainability and consolidation of implemented changes;
Promote a culture oriented towards continuous improvement.
Main activities:
Manage project progress monitoring;
Prepare and update periodic project reports;
Adoption and monitoring of both internal and client projects;
Deployment of digital services;
Review of company processes and procedures;
Manage resistance to change and facilitate the adoption of new solutions;
Evaluate the impact of change on people, processes, and company culture;
Define change management strategies (stakeholder analysis, communication plan, training plan);
Participate in progress meetings and draft minutes.
Education: High school diploma or degree in STEM disciplines.

Technical knowledge and skills:
Knowledge of Program and Project Management methodologies;
Project planning and control skills;
Knowledge of PM tools (MS Project, advanced Excel, BI tools);
Data analysis and reporting skills;
Familiarity with organizational and digital transformation contexts;
Knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
