Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Project Procurement Engineer to join our high-performing international team. In this role, you will take full responsibility for PUE-TG-EMEA related TTM (Time-to-Market) and Non-TTM purchasing engineering and project purchasing tasks.
You will act as the link between engineering, procurement and supplier, ensuring that project requirements are met with on cost, quality and delivery. As part of a global structure, you will work within a multicultural environment, collaborating with stakeholders across various regions.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Execute project-based purchasing tasks for both TTM and Non-TTM scopes within the EMEA region.
Manage supplier performance and international stakeholder relationships to ensure project milestones are met.
Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes.
Drive product excellence and competitiveness by leading Technical RPP projects, identifying innovative cost-optimization opportunities and engineering value into every appliance
Actively contribute to the development and implementation of global Material Field Strategies
Lead technical negotiations and discussions with suppliers
Drive supplier selection and implement material field strategy into new TTM sourcing
Usage of advanced purchasing IT tools (SupplyOn, Pilum, eISIR, Sciforma, etc.) to manage and document all procurement activities.
Oversee the initial part approval process (ISIR), ensuring a seamless handover to Production Purchasing and Logistics.Create purchase order and tool order
Maintain close global alignment with PUE-X and cross-functional partners to standardize best practices and streamline procurement processes.
Contribute for internal excellence projects to optimize work efficiency, speed-to-market, and customer satisfaction through continuous process improvement.
Bachelor's degree or above.
Graduation from Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related departments of the universities.
Above 8 years' experience in Purchasing. Manufacturing, Automotive Industry Preferred.
Solid Knowledge in metal, rubber, plastic parts, PCB, cable etc., and adequate knowledge of cost calculation.
Good Negotiation and communication skills
Profound MS Excel and presentation skills is a must.
