Job Description:

Within Leonardo's Physical Security Operation Center, for our office in Rome - Faustiniana we are looking for a Physical Security Infrastructure Specialist, with proven experience in managing complex architectures, designing, implementing and maintaining physical security solutions.

Solid systemic competence in VMware environments, Active Directory, and Windows/Linux server management is also required, as well as the ability to operate in highly critical contexts, with attention to business continuity and security monitoring, with a strong propensity for problem solving, teamwork and autonomous management of technical projects.

The following skills are required:

Physical Security

• CCTV systems

• Access control and anti-intrusion systems

• Integration between IT and perimeter security systems (IP video surveillance, access control)

• Corporate security protocols, audits and compliance

System Administration

• Management of VMware vSphere/ESXi environments

• Administration of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP

• Configuration and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers

• Backup, disaster recovery and storage management (NAS/SAN)

Soft Skills

• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems

• Ability to work in mission-critical environments

• Effective communication with technical and non-technical teams

• Proactive and security-oriented approach

• Willingness to travel for technical inspections/interventions

Education:

Diploma or degree.

Language skills: English B1
