You will participate in strategic Compensation projects such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive, acquisition integrations and policy harmonisation, contributing to process optimisation and the implementation of new HR technologies for the Reward area. You will oversee and manage the Production Bonus calculations, and the definition of the Flexible Benefits offer, closely managing the operations with the HR Admin, Payroll and HRIS team. You will support the Expat population management, both for inbounds and outbounds in cooperation with Group Expat Unit and local Payroll team.
