For our Rome Laurentina office, we are looking for an Industrial Security Secretariat Officer.
The inclusion of a resource in the Industrial Security sector aims to increase support for classified activities, also through the assumption of one of the roles envisaged by DPCM 5/2015 and subsequent amendments.
Activities:
The activity takes place within industrial security (ex DPCM 5/2015 and subsequent amendments) at the security secretariat of the Rome Laurentina office, ensuring:

the correct application of the provisions regarding the protection and safeguarding of classified information;

the management of classified documentation and security clearances for personnel at the competent office;

the correct application of the provisions for the national and international movement of classified materials and the organization of transport;

support for the management of classified tenders, contracts and programs and all that is foreseen by DPCM n. 5/2015 as amended by DPCM n. 3/2017.
Requirements:
Education: diploma/degree
Required experience level: junior
Technical skills: knowledge of national/international regulations regarding the protection of classified information;
Language skills: good written and spoken knowledge of English
Computer skills: Office Package
Behavioral skills: The resource must be a reserved person, able to manage emergency situations and make decisions for the successful outcome of the activity. Reliability, precision, excellent relationship skills with institutional interlocutors, organizational and management skills and ability to work in a team.
