Within the Legal, Criminal Law & Corporate Affairs Area, we are looking for a Corporate Affairs Specialist for our Rome office.

The person will be responsible for the following activities:

• support for the corporate management of Leonardo Group's Italian and foreign companies;

• preparation and/or management of informative notices regarding meetings;

• management of necessary fulfillments (i.e., preparation of proxies for participation in Assemblies, examination/modification of relevant articles of association and/or regulations, preparation of letters of appointment for LDO representatives in relevant bodies);

• necessary regulatory insights based on applicable local laws;

• support for cross-functional projects with legal impact, also in M&A, joint ventures and corporate restructuring;

• with reference to foreign branches and representative offices, support in the registration, de-registration, conferment and updating of licenses and powers of attorney for Managers, as well as maintaining relevant documentation.

Educational Qualification

Law Degree. (Admission to the legal profession)

Senior: at least 5 years of experience
