Within the Digital Applications & Solutions Area of the Cyber & Security Solutions Division, we are looking for a Business Analyst for our Genoa Fiumara office.

The unit needs to strengthen its skills in scalable and secure IT and cloud architectures, networking, and application architectures, aimed at achieving the following objectives: understanding and evaluating the most suitable technological solutions in different project contexts, contributing to the definition of integrated digital and cyber architectures, and supporting the design of technical solutions consistent with company standards and best practices.

The person will be responsible for the following activities:

• Manage high-level analysis and understanding of technical and digital requirements, supporting project teams in identifying the most appropriate digital and cybersecurity architectural solutions in various application domains.

• Evaluate technologies and impacts and guide the choice of products and solutions.

• Develop proposals, projects, and offerings of scalable, secure, and integrated digital and cybersecurity solutions for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, adopting consolidated solutions, both company and market-based.

• Lead the project activities necessary to accompany clients in digital transformation, ensuring innovation, compliance, and best practices, coordinating the various actors involved in the projects.

• Supervise delivery and support development/operations teams.

Educational Qualification:

Degree in STEM disciplines or equivalent experience, preferably in IT. Certifications in Project Management (PMI, Prince2, ITIL) are welcome.

Seniority

Expert. At least 3 years of experience in the role of analyst in the context of digital and cybersecurity architectures for large clients, and at least 2 specifically in integrated cloud solutions, are required.

Technical knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge of scalable, secure, and high-availability IT and Cloud architectures;

• Knowledge in networking;

• Knowledge of application architectures;

• Design of architectural models and documentation.

Language skills:

Knowledge of written and spoken English, at least B2 level, is required.

IT Knowledge:

Knowledge of the following reference technologies:

• Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IaaS/PaaS/SaaS infrastructures;

• Networking: DNS, VPN, routing, firewall, segmentation;

• Cybersecurity: IAM, encryption, Zero Trust, WAF, hardening, monitoring;

• Systems and infrastructures: Linux/Windows, virtualization, backup.

• Principles of software development and secure coding;

• Knowledge of the main project management standards and tools is welcome.

Behavioral skills:

• Leadership attitude;

• Self-learning attitude

• Ability to relate to end customers.

Other

• Availability for national travel;

• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Architect) are welcome;

• Project Management certifications will be considered a plus.
