Within the Aircraft Programs unit, specifically within the JSF LOB, we are looking for a Contract Manager for our Cameri office.
The resource will be responsible for one of the F-35 business streams, with the following main responsibilities:
Act as a focal point for contractual communications to and from the Lockheed Martin client;
Ensure the management of the active cycle and all contractual aspects throughout the entire project/contract life cycle;
Contract management aimed at achieving contractual milestones;
Support for the optimization of financial flows, the promotion of recovery actions, and the acceleration of collections in coordination with the competent UOs;
Management of contractual data through the SAP system;
Formulate, negotiate, and manage any contract changes;
Preparation of Program meetings with all involved operating units, ensuring the availability of relevant reports regarding competent aspects;
Develop and monitor contractual performance KPIs, implementing corrective actions as necessary;
Contribute to the identification and evaluation of risks;
Ensure competent activities to comply with Trade Compliance requirements.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering.
