Within the Aircraft Programs unit, specifically within the JSF LOB, we are looking for a Contract Manager for our Cameri office.

The resource will be responsible for one of the F-35 business streams, with the following main responsibilities:

• Act as a focal point for contractual communications to and from the Lockheed Martin client;

• Ensure the management of the active cycle and all contractual aspects throughout the entire project/contract life cycle;

• Contract management aimed at achieving contractual milestones;

• Support for the optimization of financial flows, the promotion of recovery actions, and the acceleration of collections in coordination with the competent UOs;

• Management of contractual data through the SAP system;

• Formulate, negotiate, and manage any contract changes;

• Preparation of Program meetings with all involved operating units, ensuring the availability of relevant reports regarding competent aspects;

• Develop and monitor contractual performance KPIs, implementing corrective actions as necessary;

• Contribute to the identification and evaluation of risks;

• Ensure competent activities to comply with Trade Compliance requirements.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering.

• Understanding/Management of contract economics and scheduling;

• Understanding of contract structure and Terms and Conditions.

Language skills:

• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, B2 level;

Computer skills:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages;

• Previous knowledge and ability to use SAP Commercial and Microsoft Project is preferred.
