Job Description:

Within the Cyber & Security Solutions Business Area, we are looking for Project Managers for our Rome Laurentina office.

The resources will be inserted into the "Defence & Government Business" Line of Business (LoB), which has the mission of managing the divisional business with reference to Clients belonging to the Public Administration (central and local).

The people we identify will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the achievement of program/project objectives, guaranteeing the achievement of operational milestones, as well as full compliance with contractual agreements and the quality of results; aimed at building and consolidating a relationship of trust with the Client (external/internal);

• Guaranteeing, in full autonomy, the economic and financial management of the program/project order, ensuring correct progress and monitoring of projects in the "Business Execution" phases, interacting with the various stakeholders of the company functions and agreeing with the head of the Business Line any corrective actions in order to ensure the success of the program/project and Client satisfaction;

• Supporting the "Business Winning" phases and identifying/building new business opportunities in line with the Business Area Strategy based on Client needs;

• Having full autonomy in managing both internal and external resources, also through the preparation of Capacity Plans;

• Ensuring full adherence to company processes, including the presentation of results achieved through the elaboration and presentation of dedicated metrics for operational monitoring and economic management;

• Ensuring adequate support so that the formulation of propositions is corrected and adapted by assisting the proposed structures.

Educational Qualification: STEM degree or equivalent experience.

Seniority: Expert/Senior. Proven experience in Project Management/Technical Project Leader roles is required. For Expert profiles, at least 3 years of experience are required, while for Senior profiles, at least 5 years of experience are required.

Technical and IT knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge of the main Project Management and Planning methodologies;

• Ability to manage highly complex projects;

• Ability to analyze/define even technical requirements and estimate/negotiate effort;

• Ability to analyze risks/opportunities and identify related actions;

• Understanding of contractual frameworks and the implications that derive from them, both with regard to Client contracts and those for supply chain management;

• Knowledge of active and passive lifecycle planning and management procedures and tools (e.g. SAP);

• Excellent knowledge of the Office package, which allows for even complex data processing;

• Knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g. MS Project);

• Experience in managing projects that involved the creation of applications with state-of-the-art architectures (e.g. microservices) is required. Areas of particular interest are: Migration of applications to the Cloud; Secure by Design; Knowledge of the main aspects in the Cyber Security field.

Language knowledge: B2 level English language proficiency.
