Within the Cyber & Security Solutions Business Area, we are looking for Cyber Security Service Manager for our Rome Laurentina office. Possibility of employment also in the Chieti Scalo, Genoa Fiumara, and Milan Nerviano offices.

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Supervising that the delivery of managed services (MSS) and non-managed services is effective and efficient, implementing all necessary actions to ensure compliance with contractual commitments (SLA) and dedicating themselves daily to Continual Service Improvement;

• Representing the main interface with the Customer as well as the point of connection and coordination of the activities of Leonardo's technical verticals responsible for service delivery;

• Organizing and conducting periodic SERVICE REVIEWS with Customers, in which they will present the performance of the services delivered, manage any critical issues and propose solutions, the adoption of new technologies and/or process improvements;

• Coordinating any escalations in case of serious incidents/changes that may impact service delivery;

• Assuming the role of Service On-boarding Manager during the on-boarding phase for the governance of activities and the collection of necessary information to define the necessary steps and key elements for the activation of the security services provided by the contract;

• Drafting and constantly updating relevant deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Degree in technical disciplines (STEM) or equivalent culture.

Seniority:

Expert/Senior. 3 - 5 years of experience are required for the expert role and 5 - 10 years of experience for the senior role, in Cyber Security and/or Security Service Manager and/or Management roles.

Previous, even brief, experience in technical work groups in the field of Cyber Security service delivery is a plus.

Technical and IT knowledge and skills:

• Ability to lead Cyber Security projects in multidisciplinary and multi-service contexts;

• Ability to draft relevant documentation, to support operational verticals assigned to Cyber service delivery;

• Responsibility and management skills for heterogeneous functional work groups, both local and remote;

• Knowledge of services provided by a SOC and a Digital Center (RTSM, SDM, SSM, Red Teaming, Threat Intelligence, etc.);

• Knowledge of the startup phases of managed services, provided by a SOC;

• Knowledge of the technical parameters that characterize each service provided by a SOC;

• Knowledge of the main attack vectors in the current landscape;

• Knowledge of the phases of an APT attack;

• Knowledge of NIST frameworks and their mapping with services provided by a SOC/Digital Center;

• Knowledge of ITIL Framework content;

• Knowledge of main Cyber Security technologies (WAF, PROXY, ANTISPAM, FIREWALL, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR/MDR);

Language skills:

English language proficiency B1 level or higher.
