Within the Avionic Systems Area, we are looking for an Avionic SW Test Engineer for our Venegono Superiore (VA) office.
The resource will be inserted within the Trainers Avionic Systems platform and in particular in the Avionic Software discipline and must be able to contribute to the testing and verification activities of avionic software compliant with the DO-178B/C standard, interacting with development teams, system engineering and quality.
Educational Qualification: preference for a Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science; equivalent qualifications in other engineering and scientific disciplines or a high school diploma are accepted in the case of strong and proven competence and experience in the role.
Required experience level (junior, expert, senior, master) Expert: 3+ years of experience in SW testing activities
Technical Skills:

Good fundamentals of testing methodology and test design

Knowledge of scripting languages Lua, Python,

Software and system requirements analysis, architectural design and detailed design

Knowledge of the DO-178B/C avionic software life cycle

Knowledge of avionic protocols/buses (e.g. MIL-STD-1553, ARINC429, Ethernet, TCP/IP)

Knowledge of Git/Serena Dimension

Use of requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS)

Experience in using static analysis and structural coverage tools (e.g. GNAT SAS, Understand, Polyspace, Vector Cast)

Experience with test automation tools in the avionic field (e.g. AIRDASS)
Nice to have:

Knowledge of C or Ada95 languages

Knowledge of RTOS used in the avionic field (e.g. Green Hills INTEGRITY)

Other:
- The operational scope resides at the integration laboratories in the LAD plant in Venegono. Short daily business trips to the Turin Corso Francia office are possible, managed on an opportunity basis.
