Test Engineer RADAR

Within the organizational unit FUSARO & GIUGLIANO INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING of the Electronics Division, we are looking for a Test Engineer for our Fusaro (NA) office.

The person will primarily be responsible for the following activities:

• Test Engineering on RADAR Units and Systems

• Design of custom test equipment

• Support to production areas for complex technical problems

• Concurrent Engineering for newly designed products

• Creation and validation of pre-series prototypes

• Definition of testing times

• Collaboration with QA for the resolution of production non-conformities

Educational qualifications:

Master's degree in Electronic Engineering \TLC

Seniority:

• Senior: 3-5 years of experience;

Technical knowledge and skills:

• Good knowledge of digital and analog electronics

• Good knowledge of RF circuit operation

• Previous knowledge of RADAR and TLC systems

• In-depth knowledge of measurement instrumentation

Behavioral competencies:

• Proactivity;

• ability to work in a team;

• aptitude for problem solving;

• flexibility in dealing with topics outside one's domain of expertise.

Language skills

• Good knowledge of English (B2)

Computer skills

• Good knowledge of the Office suite

• Knowledge of the LabVIEW environment for test automation

• MATLAB / Simulink for signal analysis and post-processing

• Python for scripting, automation and data analysis

• Knowledge of CAD tools

The ideal candidate is available to carry out work mainly at the office and to undertake short/medium duration business trips, after adequate on-the-job training, in Italy and/or abroad.
