Within the Joint Venture established for the realization of the GCAP Program, we are looking for a Programme Management & Reporting Manager for the GCAP Headquarters located in Reading (UK).
OBJECTIVE OF THE ASSIGNMENT:
The Programme Management and Reporting Manager oversees the coordination, monitoring, and reporting of key programs within the Security function.
The role ensures that projects proceed effectively, that stakeholders remain aligned, and that management receives accurate and timely information on progress, risks, and resource needs.
The Manager acts as a central point for the governance of security programs, performance reporting, and continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role will operate under the supervision of the Deputy Chief Security Officer of the JV and will report directly to the Head of Strategy & Functional Development.
TASKS:
Program Coordination and Execution
Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-functional security programs.
Maintain roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and program dependencies.
Facilitate program meetings, steering committees, and working sessions.
Monitor progress against objectives, promptly identifying risks, critical issues, and obstacles.
Performance Reporting and Analysis
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance summaries for management.
Consolidate data from multiple teams to provide a clear and accurate view of program status.
Analyze trends, variances, and performance indicators to support the decision-making process.
Prepare executive-level presentations and briefings.
Governance and Compliance
Ensure that programs comply with established governance frameworks, processes, and quality standards.
Maintain program documentation, including charters, risk logs, action trackers, and change requests.
Support audit, compliance, and assurance activities related to program delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
Act as a central point of coordination between project teams, leadership, and external partners.
Communicate updates clearly and consistently to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to optimize reporting processes and improve data accuracy.
Enhance program management tools, templates, and methodologies.
Promote best practices in planning, monitoring, and reporting within the function.
REQUISITES:
Educational Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in line with the activities foreseen by the role
Seniority:
Expert minimum 3 years in similar roles
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
Solid experience in program or project management, preferably in a multi-project security context.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
Proficiency in reporting tools, dashboards, and project management software.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain structure and control in dynamic contexts.
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile) are preferred but not essential.
