GCAP - Addetto/a Contract Management

Job Description:

Leonardo is one of the strategic industrial partners of the GCAP (Global Combat Air Programme), along with the British BAE Systems and the Japanese Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, aimed at the development and implementation of a new generation air system, defined as a “system of systems”. Used for multi-domain operations in defense, the system will feature a “core platform” connected with other peripheral “adjunct” systems, both manned and unmanned.

The program, among the most challenging and futuristic for the aerospace and defense industry, will drive the technological revolution that will characterize the sector over the next fifty years. A challenge aimed at strengthening the technological and industrial sovereignty of the countries involved, because it aims to identify and make available those innovative, enabling technologies that will ensure the generational leap, generating positive returns and economic and social progress for the entire country system, benefiting new generations.

Within the GCAP LoB, we are looking for a resource for the role of Junior Contract Manager.

The person will be responsible for the following activities:

Management and administration of GCAP contracts: verification/validation of the achievement of obligations/milestones with the aim of monitoring revenue progress/collections; management of the active cycle, ensuring the uploading of sales orders and the relevant inputs for the issuance of invoices after verification/validation of contractual obligations.

Requirements:

Education:

Degree, preferably in Management Engineering

Experience level required (junior, expert, senior, master)

Junior

Technical skills:

• Previous experience in similar roles (contract management, business management, commercial)

Language skills:

English (written and oral)

Excellent knowledge of office suite (preferably Excel)

How does the selection process work?
