Within the Space Division, for the Product Quality organizational unit, we are looking for a Quality Control (Inspection), for our office in Nerviano (MI).
The person, within the Hardware Quality team, verifies the conformity of units, sub-assemblies, components, and treatments according to Quality requirements and applicable standards; intercepts, identifies, and manages non-conforming products and performs checks that enable subsequent integration phases and the implementation of the KIP; supports PAM and QA during KIP/MIP inspection phases.
The person will be responsible for the following activities:
Inspect preforming, degolging, and pretinning of electronic components (Vapour Phase);
Inspect the PCB before and after assembly (Vapour Phase/Hand Soldering);
Inspect the product after rework;
Interface with QA if excessive, borderline, or critical defects are found;
Inspect the assembled electronic board, i.e., integrated with its mechanics;
Open NCR for replacement of defective parts and support the related NRB.
The Space QC in the electronic field is certified according to ECSS standards and is CAT. 2 certified.

Knowledge of technical instrumentation (microscopes, X-ray, AOI, Flying Probe);
Ability to read mechanical/electronic drawings;
