Within the Financing & Treasury Area, we are looking for a Capital Markets & Financial Risks Management Expert for our office in Rome, Montello.

The person will be responsible for the following activities:

• Activities on Debt Capital Market and Equity Capital Market, with direct experience; including activities for the renewal of the EMTN program;

• Exchange rate risk detection - monitoring of the Group's commercial and financial hedging needs;

• Management of reporting related to Law 262.

Educational qualification

Master's degree in economics or related disciplines

Seniority

Senior: at least 5 years of experience Previous experience in Finance/CFO is preferred. Experience gained in staff functions is welcome

Technical knowledge and skills:

• Technical skills in both Debt Capital Market and Equity Capital Market, with direct experience;

• Knowledge of the exchange rate and interest rate markets;

• Knowledge of tools to mitigate the various financial risks to which a company is normally exposed;

• Management of reporting related to Law 262
