Within the Cyber & Security Solutions Area, we are looking for a Project Manager for our Rome Laurentina office.

Resources will be included in the "Police Forces & Homeland Security" Line of Business (LoB) which has the mission of managing the divisional business with reference to Clients belonging to Police Forces (local and national, Italian or foreign), Homeland Security agencies and entities for the management of critical and emergency situations.

The person will be responsible for the following activities:

• Ensuring, through the coordination of cross-functional IPTs, the achievement of program/project objectives, guaranteeing the achievement of operational milestones, as well as full compliance with contractual agreements and the quality of results; aimed at building and consolidating a relationship of trust with the Client (external/internal);

• Guaranteeing the economic and financial management of the program/project order, ensuring correct progress and monitoring of projects in the business execution phases by interfacing with the various stakeholders of the company functions and agreeing with the Manager on any corrective actions to ensure the success of the program/project and Client satisfaction;

• Supporting business winning phases, contributing to the identification and development of new business opportunities, in coherence with the Business Area Strategy and based on Client needs:

• Ensuring full adherence to company processes and tools, taking care of the preparation and presentation of results through dedicated metrics for operational, managerial and economic monitoring.

Educational Qualification

Degree in STEM disciplines or equivalent experience.

Seniority

Expert/Senior. At least 3 years of experience in Project Management/Technical Project Leader roles are required.

Technical knowledge and skills

• Excellent knowledge of the main Project Management and Planning methodologies;

• Knowledge of the principles and methodologies of planning and economic-financial management of contracts, as well as the main performance indicators;

• Experience in Solution Design;

• Proven experience in managing complex projects;

• Ability to analyze and define functional and technical requirements, including effort estimation and negotiation;

• Ability to identify and analyze risks and opportunities, as well as define related mitigation actions;

• Proven experience in managing contractual frameworks and their implications, both in the context of Client contracts and in supply chain management;

• Knowledge of planning and management procedures and tools for active and passive lifecycle (e.g. SAP);

• Knowledge of Project and Risk Management methodologies and tools;

• Ability to estimate the sizing of complex software projects (e.g. Function Point, man-days);

• Knowledge of the main lifecycle models and software development methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, Object Oriented).

Knowledge and experience in the following areas will be considered a qualifying element:

• Management of reengineering projects for applications based on microservices architectures, having integrated the design and evolution of the architecture;

• Adoption of DevOps methodologies and coordination of technical aspects related to containerization and orchestration;

• Project management and solid experience in the main application areas of artificial intelligence, with particular reference to big data analytics and HPC systems;

• Knowledge of the main IT architectural models, including on-premises, cloud solutions and SaaS/PaaS/IaaS services;

• Management of Cloud projects, with a particular focus on the migration of custom applications towards modern and scalable architectures;

• Design and adoption of cloud computing architectures, including cloud-native approaches, fully-managed services and different deployment models.

• Coordination of projects in the Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience field, with attention to architectural and organizational aspects
