We drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that fuel growth and transform guest experiences through a modern, human-centered, uniquely Target approach.

The Enterprise Audience Platform (EAP) is Target’s next-generation capability enabling unified audience creation, segmentation, activation, and measurement across the enterprise. Within Target’s Customer Data Platform (CDP), EAP powers onsite/app personalization, drives retail media marketing efficiency, enables performance marketing reach, accelerates incremental contribution, and enables enterprise teams to act on real-time, connected guest insights. The platform integrates upstream identity and guest data, CDP pipelines, real-time computation, audience decisioning engines, and downstream activation channels across Target’s marketing and media ecosystem.
