Job Description

MSE7 Machining process team leader, responsible for managing a shift of production personnel (approximately 10-15 people).

• Responsible for shift scheduling based on production order requirements, and managing personnel scheduling, performance, etc. for the shift;

• Based on the production process safety risk management mechanism, responsible for identifying and continuously improving safety risks in the responsible area;

• Based on the production process quality management mechanism, responsible for supervising process quality, managing measuring tools, and supervising first article inspection and in-process inspection for the responsible process;

• According to Bosch Production System requirements, use methodologies such as eliminating the eight wastes to improve process efficiency;

• According to Bosch Production System requirements, analyze, resolve, and improve daily production process anomalies.

Qualifications

• Good initiative and sense of responsibility, with good willingness and ability to learn;

• Good communication and expression skills, able to listen to and provide feedback on employees' opinions and suggestions in a timely manner;

• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, SAP, MES operations, and able to analyze and solve problems based on daily production data;

• Must be able to work three shifts (Early 06:30-14:30, Middle 14:30-22:30, Late 22:30-06:30);
