Job Description

The eAxle Component & Machine Designer is accountable and manages the product design. The detailed design of the individual mechanical Component or the overall product design.

• Accountable for the complete mechanical design of the eAxle assembly or a specific component

• Ensures their component meets all requirements and integrates correctly

• Ensures that all individual components are properly integrated into the system as a whole

• Focuses on the detailed design, validation, and documentation of their assigned part

• Leads the Component Engineers

• Serves as the main contact for all design-related topics concerning the final product

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering

• Experience in transmission or gear component development

• Knowledge of drivetrain design and manufacturing processes

• Experience working with suppliers in product development
