Overview
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive business growth in the consumer electronics and display markets. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving specification activities for DMSD/EMSD products, and supporting customer needs through effective cross‑functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

Lead spec‑in activities for DMSD (optical sheets)/ EMSD (tape/adhesive/EMI/EMC solutions) products with key customers

Manage business discussions and commercial negotiations

Handle customer complaints and coordinate internal cross‑functional teams to resolve issues

Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts

Support demand forecasting and provide market insights
Required Qualifications

Experience in the consumer electronics and display industry

Proven sales background with demonstrated negotiation achievements

Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities

Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-culture and cross-regional teams
