Job Description Hardware assembly - Computers, Printers and Infrastructure equipment Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and software Management of request/incident tickets Documentation Updates System Enhancement - usage of Power Platform Perform other related duties as required Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 6 months duration Internship (Preferably) Familiarity with computer hardware and software installation Microsoft Office Passion to explore new things and expand their knowledge Additional Information Local student needing to complete internship as part of their tertiary education
