Job Description
To respond for operating machines in Tire Building production area to achieve production volume targeted,quality of product comforming with standard and safety of working environment

Be proficient operating machines in Tire Building production area

Maintain and improve quality of Carcass and Green Tires produced by Tire Building production area
-
Comply safety regulation to perform any operation

Report to Tire Building Shift Leader

Follow the internal ESH work instructions in the daily work
-
Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
-
Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
-
Skillfully operate machines in Tire Building in production area to have the output which meet production plan per each shift

Arrange carrier,e.g.cassette,to handle stock of output

Produce Carcass and Green Tires which meet the quality standard

Understand types of defect realize to avoid making mistake which cause the defect
-
Produce Carcass and Green Tires which meet the quality standard

Cooperate with HR and superiors to obtain any training skill development
Qualifications
High vocational certificate with or any related field 0-2 years of experience in production and manufacturing management 0-2 years of experience in tire manufacturing or related field
