职位内容:

负责下一代自动驾驶端到端学习架构设计，探索基于大规模数据驱动的统一建模方法，实现从环境理解到行为生成的直接映射，突破复杂交通环境下决策鲁棒性与泛化能力瓶颈，构建具备人类驾驶水平的自动驾驶模型能力。

围绕数据生成、模型训练与系统验证开展技术创新，构建从仿真到真实道路的闭环学习体系，通过大规模训练、快速迭代与系统优化，不断提升自动驾驶系统性能上限与场景覆盖能力，推动端到端自动驾驶技术的规模化落地。
Qualifications
我们希望你:

计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人等相关专业博士

精通Python及PyTorch深度学习框架，具备扎实的算法基础和优秀的工程实现能力

深入掌握模仿学习或强化学习，熟悉Diffusion/自回归等生成模型，有端到端自动驾驶模型研发经验
-
流利的英语听说读写能力，有海外经历者优先

在CVPR/NeurIPS/ICLR/ICML/等会议发表过相关论文者优先
