Our objective is to simplify users' daily lives and generate tangible value for our key accounts, across different sectors (banking, insurance, e-commerce, energy, industry, market finance, luxury, and retail). Within the Product & Project Management tribe, our mission is to understand business and technological challenges, and to cultivate product culture among our key accounts. Concretely, we aim to design, implement, and continuously promote digital products and services that impact their core business activities. Our community, in numbers:

Do you want to manage strategic digital products within the Business or IT Departments of our leading clients in the energy and industry sector?
Do you enjoy connecting business and technical teams in an agile and stimulating environment?
This position is for you.
Your missions
-
Define the product vision and functional scopes
-
Prioritize the backlog according to business value and operational challenges
-
Facilitate framing and co-design workshops with business and technical teams
-
Write user stories and facilitate agile rituals
-
Coordinate developments, testing, and deployment phases
-
Lead project committees and participate in functional and technical arbitrations
Qualifications
Desired Profile
-
Bac+5 education, with a minimum of 4 years of IT experience
-
Functional profiles: Product Owner capable of analyzing business needs and transforming them into concrete digital solutions, with experience in business applications, industrial platforms, management tools, or B2B portals

Technical profiles: Product Owner with a technical background (former developer or automation QA), proficiency in SQL, API, Postman, PowerBI, databases, etc.

Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams

Ability to evolve in an agile and international environment (B2 English level required both orally and in writing)
Additional Information
Our process is as follows:
- Talent Acquisition Interview: the objective is to assess your skills, your English level, and validate your motivations. - Tech & Business Interview: this interview aims to delve deeper into your technical skills and check their suitability with our needs during an exchange with a business expert. - Leadership Interview: it allows us to evaluate your potential, your ambitions, and consider your evolution within Devoteam.
We prioritize at least one in-person interview. A reference check is requested, and depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be sent to you. If your application is accepted, we will send you a proposal outlining the terms of employment. Upon acceptance, the employment contract is formalized.
