The position holder should contribute to develop and maintain SAP processes Globally, for all systems within ContiTech.
Key Targets:
Having a consulting role for new technical enhancements and projects to ensure standard stakeholder oriented architecture
Creating transparency and alternative solutions for technical developments which are not following standards
Creating awareness of cross module/process dependencies and ensuring of consistency of SAP system
Ensuring utilization and sharing of lessons learned and technical best practices for scalability and efficiency
Main Tasks - including but not limited to:
Managing and consulting on technical developments required in SAP
Ensure transparency on cross module impacts during projects / changes
Contribute to technical design decisions to assure overall system/process scalability and performance (aligned with SAP Competency Centers)
Collaborate with dependent SAP projects and Change requests to assure regression tests and validations
Ensure efficient utilization of processes and technical improvements once they are implemented
Highlight technical processes which are not build according to SAP standards and assure alignment to future template
Academic Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or comparable experience through several years of practical work
SAP Know-How and technical development on Production Planning and its relationship with Material Management, Sales & Distribution, Finance and Controlling processes
Experience with SAP Application Solution landscape and interactions (focus - Supply Chain Planning processes)
Technical SAP qualifications and Know-How (Process Design, Customizing, table and fields)
In-depth knowledge of SAP R3 and SAP S4 systems, with a focus on the PP module
Good knowledge on ABAP and troubleshooting
Data Analysis, Superior problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Supply Chain Business operational knowledge and SAP cross module relationship
Knowledge of the business objectives, strategies and processes in the company
Verifiable participation in Global Projects.
Demonstrated experience in implementing SAP processes
Extensive knowledge of SCM (Supply Chain Management) processes, technical wise.
Business fluent in English (written and spoken)
Good presentation and moderation skills
Effective communication skills within different management levels, cultural styles and diverse teams
