Remote Financial Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our remote finance team. This role is responsible for supporting strategic decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
- Analyze financial performance and identify variances against targets
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Conduct profitability, cost, and revenue analysis
- Support strategic planning and investment decisions
- Provide insights on key financial and operational metrics
- Assist with cash flow management and financial risk assessment
- Partner with business units to support data-driven decision-making
- Improve financial reporting processes and automation
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with financial systems and ERP tools
- Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
