For all Junior positions in the Finance field, we offer a 6-month fully remote internship (salary range: €800–€1,500 per month). For candidates with 2–4 years of experience, we offer a permanent contract with an annual salary ranging from €22,500 to €35,000.

You will have the opportunity to grow exponentially through hands-on, on-the-job training. You can work from one of our offices (Milan, Rome, or Madrid) or fully remotely. We will also provide you with a latest-generation MacBook.

Responsibilities:
Within the team, you may be responsible for one or more of the following tasks:

Financial Data Analysis

Collect, organize, and analyze financial data to provide a clear overview of the startup’s financial performance.
Collaborate with the finance team to identify trends, anomalies, or areas for improvement.

Support in Preparing Financial Reports

Contribute to the preparation of periodic financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Work closely with the team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the financial information presented.

Assistance in Managing Financial Transactions

Support the invoicing process, expense recording, and management of day-to-day financial transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all transactions are properly documented and accurately recorded.

Expense and Budget Monitoring

Work with the finance team to monitor company expenses against the allocated budget.
Participate in budget preparation and contribute to budget reviews based on business needs.

Market Research and Analysis

Conduct financial market research to provide insights that support the startup’s financial strategy.
Analyze industry and competitor data to identify financial opportunities and potential risks.

Contract & Compensation:

Selection Process:

CV Screening: The first step is a curriculum vitae (CV) screening (usually within 20 days of application).
Phone Interview: The second step involves a 15-minute phone interview with our HR Manager.
Video Interview: The final step is a video interview with both the HR Manager and your future supervisor, lasting at least 45 minutes.
