As a Senior Paid Search Specialist at dentsu, you will work in a professional team consisting of 13 skilled paid search specialists. You will be responsible for a broad and exciting client portfolio, and work with optimization and strategies, as well as plans and budgets for search engine advertising. You will work closely with your colleagues in the Paid Search department and client teams to ensure your clients achieve their goals.
In the professional team, as a Senior Paid Search Specialist, you will share professional responsibility with other specialists, where you share learning and experience with the rest of the team, under the expert leadership of our Head of Paid Search. The industry is undergoing major changes due to developments in AI, and we therefore especially encourage those with a burning interest and commitment to artificial intelligence and technology to apply.
Who are you?
You have relevant work experience and are great at paid search, and are smarter and more eager than most. You are constantly curious about what is new, you are updated on the industry and have a burning interest in the field of search engine advertising. Furthermore, you are a confident and experienced person who inspires those around you to become better in the field, and you love to share knowledge and experiences with your colleagues. You love numbers, data and analysis, have an eye for detail and an eternal eagerness to make things better. And not least - you are able to translate theory into practice, and make things happen!
Desired qualifications and characteristics:
Broad experience with and high competence in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Several years of experience with and can demonstrate good results in marketing in search engines, including Shopping.
Broad experience with Search Ads 360 and automation tools such as Channable and possibly other relevant third-party tools.
Broad experience with analysis tools such as Google Analytics
Experience with AI-based solutions.
Higher relevant education (marketing, media, communication)
Results-oriented, solution-oriented and proactive
Structured, good at taking responsibility and comfortable making decisions and delegating tasks
Good at working both independently and in a team
Curious about developments in the field and comfortable sharing knowledge in small and large gatherings.
Good communication skills, written and oral (Norwegian and English)
Ambition to grow within the field.
Among the work tasks, the following can be mentioned:
Responsibility for your own client portfolio
Responsible for day-to-day optimization of paid search accounts alone or in collaboration with other specialists, to ensure that clients in the portfolio achieve their goals.
Develop recommendations, strategies, plans and budgets for search engine advertising.
Analyze and report results, and provide useful insights to clients/account managers.
Responsible for acquiring competence on professional updates and market trends.
Be a driving force for the development of paid search accounts in your portfolio and test new products from our partners.
Contribute to how dentsu and their clients should and ought to use AI and other automation going forward.
Responsible for training and mentoring paid search specialists together with other senior specialists.
Lead/participate in client meetings as a representative for paid search
Share knowledge and experiences with your colleagues in the paid search team and in other departments.
Be a good ambassador for dentsu in meeting with our partners
