Advisory Senior Consultant - Customer Advisory

Within the Digital Advisory Services Directorate, the sought-after figure will be integrated into the Customer Advisory Area for the management of Enterprise/PA, Corporate/SMB or Banking areas. Their role will be focused on the sustainable growth of the company, through the definition and development of new solutions or the evolution of existing ones, with an increasingly innovative approach. The person will be responsible for monitoring performance and supporting value creation for clients, with the aim of consolidating relationships and fostering their loyalty over time.

Main responsibilities:

1. Define Sales Planning & Lead Generation:

• Strategic analysis of market trends in the Corporate segment

• Creation of Account Plans for key clients and identification of innovative and tailor-made business solutions

• Active participation in innovation tables, identifying new solutions or evolutions of existing solutions, from a consulting perspective

• Collaboration with commercial governance to align solutions with market needs

1. Proactively identify opportunities for project development with clients:

• Support and consultancy for clients to understand strategic needs and identify ideas for improving business processes

• Coordination of internal and external resources to build tailor-made solutions that meet specific client needs

• Formalization of the value proposition, with a strong focus on return on investment (ROI) for the client

1. Decline and manage the implementation of the solution:

• Solution design with a focus on product development and optimizing client value

• Definition of Proof of Concepts to validate the effectiveness of proposed solutions

• Support for drafting technical projects to meet the requirements of Bids/RFIs/RFQs, with a strategic client vision

• Cross-functional support in data domain and data strategy projects, working with all product lines for a global vision

1. Manage the running of the solution:

• Active management of cross/up selling to ensure continuous evolution of proposed solutions

• Promotion of solution adoption by other clients in adjacent industries

• Analysis of benefits obtained by clients and formalization of use cases

• Conducting training sessions for priority clients, contributing to their internal skill development

The person we are looking for:

• Has a degree in economic-social or Computer Science/Engineering disciplines,

• Has a strong consulting orientation and good leadership skills

• Combines high product specialization with a global view of client needs

• Has previous experience in consulting, project management in the Corporate sector or complex industries

• Has a strong results orientation and a marked propensity for team working

• Is available for frequent business trips to meet clients and develop consulting opportunities.

• Possesses solid knowledge of Microsoft tools (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)

The workplace is Rome or San Donato Milanese (MI).
