Bosch Automotive Steering (Jinan) Co., Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bosch Group. Its predecessor is ZF Commercial Vehicle Steering (Shandong) Co., Ltd., established in October 2005, provides Chinese business partners with a full portfolio of steering system for commercial vehicles. Currently, the company has completed the construction of phase II-workshop, R&D center and the vehicle testing ground.

Servocom series hydraulic ball & nut steering gears are the main products of the company. Servocom is designed with features of modularization, high pressure and high level of standardization. Compared with competitors, these features bring benefits such as less energy consumption, wide range of application. Meanwhile, the output torque of unit mass is increased through light-weight design and the payload is increased accordingly. Also, the maintenance-free of Servocom leads to the reduction of life cycle cost. Servocom has been owned more than 1 million units in China and applied by all major Chinese commercial vehicle OEMs. Currently,ServoSino8198 which developed by our company has been launched on the market. Servotwin which makes automated driving come true has also been introduced into China market. Besides, our company is dedicated to promote Robust System to reduce failure rate and fulfill the requirement of customer for the modular management.

博世汽车转向系统（济南）有限公司是博世集团的全资子公司，其前身为采埃孚商用车转向机（山东）有限公司，创建于2005年10月，主要是给其中国商业伙伴提供商用车用全套转向系统，公司现已完成二期厂房、研发中心及整车试车场的建设。

公司产品主要为Servocom系列商用车用循环球式液压助力转向机。Servocom系列转向机为模块化、高压力、标准化设计，与竞争对手相比，能量损耗更低，应用范围更广。同时，轻量化的设计使得单位质量的输出扭矩增加，从而使整车负载得到增加，且不需要维护从而降低使用成本。Servocom系列转向机在中国市场上的保有量已超过100万台，已被国内主要商用车制造商广泛采用。目前，公司开发的ServoSino8198系列转向机已经投放市场，用以实现自动驾驶的Servotwin也已经逐渐引入中国市场。此外，公司正致力于推广转向系统供货以降低故障率并满足主机厂模块化管理需求。

Job Description

Define the software system for commercial vehicle steering of all platform generations 定义所有商用车转向系统平台产品的软件系统 Responsible for steering system function requirements and concepts analysis and deriving the software requirements and design under the defined software architecture 负责分析转向系统功能需求及概念，在规定的软件架构下导出软件需求和设计 Implementation of the software design via MBD according to the modelling and coding guideline, execution of unit tests and application software function verification tests 根据建模和代码规范进行基于模型的软件设计开发实现, 执行软件单元测试和功能验证测试 In consideration of the requirements of the steering system, define and describe the architecture and architectural requirements of software, considering architectural goals, costs, deadlines, and Bosch quality requirements 结合转向系统的要求，基于软件架构目标、成本、时间及博世质量体系要求，来定义和描述对软件架构及其要求 Software development and tuning of electric-powered steering motor control strategies 针对电助力转向系统电机控制进行开发和标定 In the context of development and optimization of products, figure out knowledge-based software functions as unique selling points of steering products 持续开发和优化产品，挖掘基于知识的软件功能作为转向产品的独特卖点 Work in across divisions in an international development network and support the respective locations in defining the product architecture 在国际研发网络框架下与跨部门同事一起工作，支持其它工厂的产品架构设计 Trouble-shooting and debugging of steering control software functions 针对转向软件控制功能进行调试

Qualifications

• Education学历

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in automation, software engineering, mechatronics or related
  • 学士及以上学位，自动化、软件工程、机电一体化等相关专业

• Experience工作经验

  • 3 years or above working experience in software development and software architecture in embedded systems, Especially in the area of steering functionality.
  • 3年或以上嵌入式系统软件开发及架构开发经验。有转向功能开发经验者优先
  • Proficient in model-based control software development, especially based on Matlab/Simulink and Dspace Targetlink
  • 精通基于模型的控制软件开发
  • Experience in BLDC/PMSM motor control theory and tuning, including electromagnetic theory, FOC, torque control, speed control and position control
  • 具有无刷直流电机或永磁同步电机控制理论和调试经验，包括电磁场理论，矢量控制、转矩控制/转速控制及位置控制等算法
  • Familiar with power electronics, such as gate driver, MOSFET/IGBT, signal processing circuit etc.
  • 具有充分的功率电子知识，如门极驱动、MOSFET/IGBT、信号处理电路等
  • Knowledge in AUTOSAR and ASPICE
  • 熟悉AUTOSAR架构及ASPICE流程
  • Advanced programming with C/C++, capable of using CANoe/ape to perform testing or calibration
  • 精通C/C++编程语言，能熟练运用CANoe/ape进行软件测试或标定

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin both written and verbal
