Bosch Automotive Steering (Jinan) Co., Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bosch Group. Its predecessor is ZF Commercial Vehicle Steering (Shandong) Co., Ltd., established in October 2005, provides Chinese business partners with a full portfolio of steering system for commercial vehicles. Currently, the company has completed the construction of phase II-workshop, R&D center and the vehicle testing ground.

Servocom series hydraulic ball & nut steering gears are the main products of the company. Servocom is designed with features of modularization, high pressure and high level of standardization. Compared with competitors, these features bring benefits such as less energy consumption, wide range of application. Meanwhile, the output torque of unit mass is increased through light-weight design and the payload is increased accordingly. Also, the maintenance-free of Servocom leads to the reduction of life cycle cost. Servocom has been owned more than 1 million units in China and applied by all major Chinese commercial vehicle OEMs. Currently,ServoSino8198 which developed by our company has been launched on the market. Servotwin which makes automated driving come true has also been introduced into China market. Besides, our company is dedicated to promote Robust System to reduce failure rate and fulfill the requirement of customer for the modular management.

博世汽车转向系统（济南）有限公司是博世集团的全资子公司，其前身为采埃孚商用车转向机（山东）有限公司，创建于2005年10月，主要是给其中国商业伙伴提供商用车用全套转向系统，公司现已完成二期厂房、研发中心及整车试车场的建设。

公司产品主要为Servocom系列商用车用循环球式液压助力转向机。Servocom系列转向机为模块化、高压力、标准化设计，与竞争对手相比，能量损耗更低，应用范围更广。同时，轻量化的设计使得单位质量的输出扭矩增加，从而使整车负载得到增加，且不需要维护从而降低使用成本。Servocom系列转向机在中国市场上的保有量已超过100万台，已被国内主要商用车制造商广泛采用。目前，公司开发的ServoSino8198系列转向机已经投放市场，用以实现自动驾驶的Servotwin也已经逐渐引入中国市场。此外，公司正致力于推广转向系统供货以降低故障率并满足主机厂模块化管理需求。

Job Description

Responsibilities 职责

• Manage the software development lifecycle, including software development, testing, and releasing based on customer requirements.

依据客户需求管理软件开发全生命周期，包括开发、测试及释放

• Be responsible for handling communication with customers, software project status reporting, and delivery of customer software documents to ensure customer satisfaction.负责对接客户沟通，软件项目状态报告及客户版软件说明文档交付

• Be responsible for monitoring the progress of the development process, tracking milestones and deliverables, to ensure adherence to the project schedule.

负责根据项目节点要求追踪开发进度及交付物

• Be responsible for tracking and improving the quality KPI indicators during project development to guarantee high quality delivery.

负责追踪和不断提升软件质量KPI，保证项目的软件交付质量

• Be responsible for monitoring project costs and personnel capacity, proposing improvement measures, to ensure project costs are controllable and meet standards.

负责监控软件开发项目及人力成本，并优化降低软件开发的成本

• Be responsible for monitoring project risks, leading to make effective solutions, and guaranteeing project risk controllability.

负责追踪监控软件项目风险，主导风险管控措施

• Coordinate project team members by assigning tasks, managing workload, and facilitating effective communication and collaboration to ensure smooth project execution.

协调软件项目组内任务分配、工作符合管理以及促进有效沟通合作

• Optimization of development process by collaborating with QMM and cross-functional teams, leading the software quality gate and process related assessments.

与QMM和其他职能团队协作持续优化软件开发流程，主导软件质量门及流程相关审核

• Support team leader for team members competence build-up, career planning through project practice. 协助软件团队经理进行成员的能力建设、职业规划

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements 任职资格及要求

Education学历

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics or related

• 学士及以上学位，计算机科学，电气工程，机电一体化等相关专业

Experience工作经验

• 3 years or above working experience in the development of automotive embedded software

• 3年或以上汽车行业嵌入式软件开发的经验

• Be familiar with handling of tools for project planning and control

• 熟练使用项目计划及控制的工具

• Experience with Doors, MS project, IBM ClearCase / ClearQuest /Track & Release or comparable tools are preferred

• 有使用Doors, MS project, IBM ClearCase / ClearQuest /Track & Release或者其它同类工具者优先

• Experience in software development for customer SOP projects(ASPICE assessment preferred).

• 具有量产客户类软件项目经验(ASPICE项目审核经验更佳)

• Knowledge in CAN, CAN FD, SAE J1939, UDS, ASPICE, product security, ISO26262, etc.

• 熟悉CAN,CAN FD,J1939,UDS, ASPICE, product security, ISO26262等标准或协议

Skills 技能

• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin both written and verbal

• Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, resilient, team oriented and responsible. with an ability to work in a diverse team
