Job Description

1. Docking with customers at home and abroad, fully communicating, sorting out and analyzing customer needs, designing and writing competitive and implementable passenger car autonomous driving solutions;

2. Interpreting customer needs, leading the feasibility analysis of ADAS projects, completing technical solution design, cost estimation and risk assessment, and outputting customized solutions (technical solution documents, prototype design documents, etc.);

3. Conducting technical presentations, product demonstrations and POC (Proof of Concept) tests for OEMs, Tier1 and other customers, efficiently answering customer technical questions and promoting project implementation;

4. Converting customer requirements into ADAS system development input (function definition, performance indicators, etc.), leading the internal team to write "Product Requirement Specification" and "System Architecture Design Document";

5. Tracking intelligent driving industry trends (such as L2+/L3 technology evolution, domain controller architecture, sensor fusion solutions, etc.), collecting and analyzing competitor technical routes and customer feedback, extracting differentiated advantages, and optimizing solution design;

6. Integrating market trends in the pre-sales phase, collecting market product information, participating in related business and product planning, and assisting in the optimization and iteration of the company's core products.

Qualifications

1. Deep understanding of intelligent driving products and the ability to communicate and connect with OEMs;

2. Familiar with intelligent driving module business, market competition, product functional performance and technical characteristics;

3. Fluent in English product explanation or experience in docking with overseas OEMs (experience in domestic/international projects is preferred);

4. Background in engineering development/product manager/intelligent driving project manager is preferred;

5. Background in business work/pre-sales solutions is preferred;

6. 5+ years of experience in ADAS R&D or pre-sales technical support, familiar with in-vehicle sensors (cameras, millimeter-wave radars, lidars) and domain controller related algorithms and indicators;

7. Responsible for at least 1 complete ADAS mass production project (such as L2++ level function development), familiar with vehicle regulations such as ASPICE and ISO 26262 is preferred;

8. Excellent customer communication skills, able to translate complex technical language into understandable business value for customers;

9. Rigorous logic, with awareness of technical solution risk assessment and cost control.
