Job Description

Experience in Personal Data Privacy
-
Ensure that client policies are in compliance with codes of practice such as PDPL (Personal Data Protection Low).

Draft new and amend existing internal data protection policies, guidelines, and procedures, in consultation with the organization's key stakeholders
-
Inform and advise the data controller or data processor on all matters related to data protectiona
-
Promote a culture of data protection and compliance across all units of the organization
-
Conduct audits to ensure compliance and to address potential issues

Maintain records of all data processing activities of the company

Serve as point of contact for data protection authorities
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or information Management from a recognized and approved program.

Knowledge of industry-leading data governance and data management practices.
-
Have practical track records in data privacy practices, business and technology issues related to the management of enterprise information assets and approaches.

CDMP Certified
-
CIPP certification is a plus

Fluency in Arabic & English is highly desirable
