• Business – Actuation in the segments Individual, Legal Entity and Agro, with a focus on relationship, commercial strategy and value generation for our associates;

• Administrative Area – Vacancies for Administrative Financial Coordinator and Service Assistant, with a focus on organization, operational support and efficiency in internal processes.

• People Management – Opportunity for Agency Manager, with a focus on leadership, team development and results delivery with purpose.

• Internship – For those starting their career and seeking practical learning, professional development and growth within our Cooperative.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

👉 Business (Individual, Legal Entity and Agro):

Requirements:

• Complete or ongoing higher education in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Agronomy, Agribusiness or related areas;

• CPA 20 certification;

• Consolidated experience / living in the segments: Individual, Legal Entity or Agro;

Desirable knowledge:

• Financial products and services

• National Financial System

• Financial Math

• Negotiation

• Financial business vision

• Interpersonal relationship

👉 Administrative Area (Administrative Financial Coordinator and Service Assistant):

Requirements:

• Complete higher education in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics or related areas;

• Experience in an agency administrative area or similar market experience;

• Experience with team management;

Desirable knowledge:

• Financial products and services

• Administrative and financial routines

• Cash control

• Bank reconciliation

• Cash flow

• Cash control

👉 People Management (Agency Manager):

Requirements:

• Complete higher education in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics or related areas;

• Post-graduation will be considered a differential;

• CPA 20 certification;

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the agency business area, team management or similar market experience.

Desirable knowledge:

• Financial products and services

• National Financial System

• Financial Math

• Negotiation

• People Management

• Financial business vision

• Interpersonal relationship

👉 Internship:

Requirements:

• Studying Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics or related areas;

• Must be at least 18 years old;
