This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job Description

1. Support for hand tool usage and tool shop related tasks

   • Work with CNC cutting machine
   • Work with Milling machine
   • Work with Manual press tool
   • Work with Manual Grinding and Cutting

2. Support for the general task (Testing assistance and storage management topics)

   • Control and manage storage of high pressure pump and injector samples
   • Preventive maintenance checking before starting machines in Tool-shop and Dry Lab.
   • Receiving and Delivering samples

• ทำงานกับ CNC cutting machine

• ทำงานกับเครื่องกัด

• ทำงานกับเครื่องกดมือ

• ทำงานกับเครื่องขัด และตัดตัด แบบ manual

1. ซัพพอร์ตในงานทั่วไป (งานทดสอบ และการจัดการตัวอย่าง)

– ควบคุมและจัดการการเก็บตัวอย่าง High pressure pump และ หัวฉีด

• ตรวจสอบการซ่อมบำรุงเชิงป้องกัน ก่อนใช้งานเครื่องมือ ใน Tool-shop และ Dry Lab

• ทำการตรวจรับและ ส่งออก ตัวอย่างสำหรับการทดสอบ

Qualifications

1. Vocational education internship (Mechanic,Electric,Electronic) student in High vocational degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic) or related field.

2. 1 year of internship period

3. Willing to learn new things

4. Good command in Thai and Fair in English (Considered as a plus)

Working conditions

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am. – 5:30 pm.

• Monthly allowance and housing allowance
