Job Description

1. Coordinate/lead internal teams to develop new system functions according to market requirements, while releasing them to customer projects;

2. Daily management of parking/driving system customer projects;

3. Plan and guide project development milestones (internal and external), and monitor progress (hardware, systems, software, etc.);

4. Negotiate delivery times and content with customers, suppliers, and project teams;

5. Responsible for the overall quality of the delivered system;

6. Coordinate/lead iterative planning and sprint meetings, and regularly provide project status reports;

7. Project risk management, monitoring, and ensuring project performance indicators reach targets;

8. Control, maintain, and adjust project budgets;

9. Support the team in integrating all project budgets and statuses.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science and Technology, Electronic Information Engineering, Automation, Connected Car Engineering, or related majors;

2. 5+ years of project management experience in the automotive domain, cross-domain project development experience is preferred;

3. Familiar with project management processes, methods, and tools;

4. Outstanding communication and comprehension skills, cross-departmental coordination skills, learning ability, and reporting/summary skills;

5. Strong execution ability, with a big-picture view while paying attention to details, and clear logical thinking;

6. Strong stress resistance, high adversity quotient, and strong self-reflection ability;

7. Able to adapt to long-term business trips and on-site work at the client's location;

8. Possess good market insight and logical analysis skills;

9. Experience in development or management in the intelligent driving or integrated cockpit domain is preferred;

10. PMP, ACP, or related certifications are preferred; proficient in written and spoken English.
