Job Description
工作职责总结：
负责CNC加工中心、去毛刺清洗设备及阳极氧化设备及周边设备的维护及保养，减少故障停机，不断提高设备利用率。
具体职责：
-
认真执行加工中心的TPM及设备的日常维修，减少故障停机时间。
-
结合理论知识，深入问题分析，尽快掌握设备维修维护及故障分析的一般方法，独立胜任日常维修工作。
-
参照生产部门的主要指标KPI---OEE,MTTR,MTBF,0-KM,目标实现及不断改进。

与生产部门的协作，支持工艺问题分析与解决

收集设备信息并做好记录，按规定及时报告故障情况，协助工程师统计设备运行指标。

责任区内5S的达成及不断改进。

配合工程师完成新进设备的安装调试工作，改善设备的绩效指标。
-
保持良好的团队沟通，分享设备信息。
-
积极提出改善建议，配合主管/工程师完成其它临时性工作。
Qualifications
-
大专及以上学历，3年以上工作经验，专业经验资深者可放宽学历条件
-
机械/电气/液压知识，中级水平，能阅读设备技术图纸。

CNC机床扎实的知识和经验
-
基本的计算机技能。（正常的办公软件、计算机操作…）
-
基本英语水平，能阅读电子邮件、零部件和机器手册
-
良好的沟通技巧，愿意与他人分享知识
