Job Description
Actively source, screen, and shortlist candidatesfor internship, non-executive, and fresh graduate positions (with emphasis on technical and engineering roles).
Assist in job posting preparation and content creationto attract the right talent.
Conduct interview schedulingfor shortlisted candidate and follow through the interview outcome.
Support basic documentation and data entryrelated to recruitment activities.
Qualifications
Current Diploma / Degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia(both written and spoken).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Interest in technical hiring (engineering, chemistry, microbio)is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with Canva, social media, MS Office, or similar tools is an added benefit.
