About the Role:

We are looking for a Buyer to join our growing procurement team! The USA Packaging Material Buyer job is to manage certain packaging material categories including guarantee purchase of goods, materials and services in accordance with defined guidelines. This role will ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply running the purchase order with a set supplier base with alignment of Ferrero's central procurement strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure supply continuity of local packaging material categories with pricing, quality and delivery

• Implement central packaging material strategy in local USA

• Manage budget for packaging material categories

• Manage central and local stakeholders in Matrix organization

• Manage RFI, RFQ, market analysis, risk management, price management

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in areas such as engineering, science, food science, physics, economics, mathematics, finance or similar areas

• Recent graduate; 0-3 years procurement experience

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lead and influence others

• Ability to problem solve and set priorities; strong analytical experience

• Master of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Suite

Compensation Data

The base salary range for this position is $74,693 - $99,590 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
