32- Hour LICSW social work position that will provide crisis intervention for patients including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems within the Outpatient Psychiatry Department at Boston Medical Center - South.
This Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for:

Psychosocial screening and assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and facilitation of use of hospital and community services

Acting as a resource information and referral, program development and psychosocial consultation to multidisciplinary teams
To qualify, you must have:
-
Master's degree in Social Work. LICSW licensure in the state of MA is required

Flexibility and the ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
-
Previous experience providing therapy and crisis intervention to patients preferred
