Job Description

• Plant logistics operations process continuous optimization，including raw material receiving, picking, and finished goods shipping;

工厂物流操作持续优化，包括原材料收货、原材料拣货、成品发运等

• Digitalization and automation in warehouse, leading the discussion, confirming solution, selecting options, and implementation, responsible for monitoring and coordinating the progress of projects to ensure timely completion, as well as coordinating the necessary audits;

仓库数字化与自动化，牵头进行方案商讨、方案确认、选型及实施与落地，项目进展监控与协调，确保项目按时完成，并配合做相应审核

• Logistics KPI management as an owner, including operational efficiency DP, direct labor cost saving with a continuous improvement.

作为责任人进行物流KPI管理，包括物流作业效率DP，人员费用优化，不断提升指标

• ​SAP intralogistics module expert​​, leads daily system troubleshooting, provides improvements, collaborates with colleagues to ​​drive system upgrades, testing, and implementation.​​

SAP厂内物流模块系统专家，负责日常系统层面疑难问题解决，提出改进意见，配合国内外同事完成系统升级、测试及落地

• Warehouse layout design, MIFA, FMEA coordinator

负责仓库布局设计与布局图维护，仓库物流信息流分析MIFA及仓库操作流程失效分析FMEA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Logistic Engineering or related major, good English skill and can be used as work language

本科及以上学历，工业工程、物流工程等专业优先。英语可以作为工作语言

• Strong data analysis and logical thinking abilities; familiar with Python, Java, and SQL is preferred.

具备良好的数据分析、逻辑思维能力，会Python，Java，SQL优先

• Familiar with auto CAD, Visio, SAP I2D module experience is preferred

熟悉使用Auto CAD，Visio等，有SAP仓储I2D模块应用优先

• Proactive, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, eager to learn, with good communication, problem-solving, and cross-function collaboration skills

积极主动，目标结果导向，工作认真细致，乐于学习（具有良好的沟通、解决问题和跨部门组织协作的能力）
