The position is inserted within the DOB area of Local CC1 (coordinated by Antonio Minosi).

To develop and program the digital offer in B2B markets, CRIF is looking for a key account / consultant capable of managing the work team, in coordination with the unit manager and in conjunction with the markets and the Global CC.

Responsibilities

In particular, the sought-after resource will be responsible for:

• Managing the formal relationship with clients, supporting the Business Owner and the Business Unit team;

• Supporting the Business Owner for overlooking KAL clients;

• Coordinating the activities of the Business Analyst / PM team;

• Planning and monitoring projects with a formal and structured approach;

• Reporting on progress and results achieved to constantly align project stakeholders (both external and internal clients), as well as the BU Director;

• Supervising to ensure the quality of deliverables and project documentation;

• Managing possible project and stakeholder relationship criticalities;

Skills

• Strong sense of belonging and corporate representation;

• Strong relational ability, with a propensity to establish an empathetic communication channel with stakeholders;

• Flexibility in adapting to new and/or unforeseen situations, and more generally to changes;

• Analytical spirit and attention to detail;

• Strong goal orientation;

Essential knowledge and requirements

• Degree in a technological field, Engineering or Computer Science;

• Knowledge of digital technologies and their most current application contexts;

• Proven experience in projects with a focus on analysis and delivery of complex IT solutions;

Linguistic knowledge

• Native knowledge of the Italian language;

• Excellent knowledge of the English language according to the European Framework

• Reporting progress and results achieved to keep project stakeholders (both external and internal clients) in constant alignment, in addition to the BU Director;

• Quality assurance supervision of deliverables and project documentation;

• Management of possible critical project and stakeholder relations issues;

• Flexibility in adapting to new and/or unforeseen situations, more generally to changes;

• Analytical skills and attention to details

• Strong orientation towards objectives;

Essential knowledge and requirements
