Job Description

• Provide technical support to HL lab operations, sale and clients.

• Establish & maintain an electronic database of technical knowledge.

• Organize technical training to HL CS/ TA/ report/ sale & lab technicians.

• Conduct research and develop new testing capabilities for HL lab, participate in lab development projects Conduct research and develop new testing capabilities for HL lab, participate in lab development projects.

• Participate in drafting of quality documentation, and ISO/IEC 17025 lab accreditation activities.

• Participate in organizing lab tour, client training/seminars.

• Double check on test assignment vs sample.

• Clarify unclear information of testing program with KAM.

• Works closely with Lab Manager to prepare test plans, protocols, and SOPs for relevant business.

• Reviews and advise product testing in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Review and approve test report.

• Other duties upon requested

Qualifications

University or above At least three years of experience in Hardline/ TJP testing laboratory Good communication skills Good in English and Ms Office Ability to complete projects and assignments on a timely basis Hands-on, open-minded, proactive team player
