Your Missions:

As part of one of our Fragrance & Beauty boutiques:

• You appropriate and share the unique style of the House of CHANEL within a Parisian point of sale

• You guarantee the excellence of the customer experience in line with the values of the House to a local and international clientele

• You support each client by instilling confidence, offering personalized service and sincere attention

• You arouse the client's interest in the entire Fragrance & Beauty universe of the House

• You build a long-term customer relationship

• You participate in the team spirit and the performance of the point of sale with elegance, enthusiasm, modesty, and open-mindedness.

Profile sought:

• From higher education (Bac +1 to Bac +5)

• Desire to become a professional in advice and sales in the luxury universe

• Strong interest in the House of CHANEL, fragrance & beauty, and embodying the values and codes of the brand

• Particularly attentive to the multicultural environment, you are recognized for your responsiveness, your commercial dynamism, your sense of contact and service

• Mastery of English is essential.

Recruitment process:

3. Following a positive exchange with the Human Resources team, you will meet the manager(s) in charge of the position.

3-month internship, to be filled from June 2023 Location: Paris in one of our points of sale in Department Stores (Le Bon Marché, La Samaritaine, Printemps Haussmann, BHV) or in one of our boutiques (19 rue Cambon, Marais, Champs Elysées)
