As an intern on the Global Product Solutions and Operations team, you'll support the product lifecycle across both inbound and outbound responsibilities, acting as the "voice of the customer" for advertisers globally. This team focuses on developing the portfolio of signals solutions to help advertisers share website, app and offline data with TikTok. Inbound responsibilities include research to understand market needs and gaps, prioritizing feature requests from all markets, and running early-phase (alpha/beta) product tests. Outbound responsibilities include developing a thoughtful go-to-market plan for new products, including the development of customer-facing collateral and sales training materials. Working with the Product Owner on Signals, you'll drive product adoption post-launch by targeted activation initiatives and new feature releases. You'll bring an understanding of advertising, a knowledge of the competitive landscape, and a passion for storytelling to this highly collaborative role. This role works with diverse teams including Product Management, Operations, Business Marketing, Data Science, Engineering and Sales.
