DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

You will join the HQ Learning and Development team, and you will partner with HR and business stakeholders to create learning experiences and contribute to the evolution of our global learning strategy through innovative programs, platform improvements, and data‑driven insights. This internship offers hands-on experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN 

You will collaborate with your tutor in: 

\n
• Planning and delivery of learning programs and initiatives in collaboration with HR Managers, Business Leaders, Academy Managers, and external partners.
\n
• Design and development of digital learning modules.
\n
• Support the continuous improvement and evolution of learning systems and platforms.
\n
• Data-driven analysis of L&D processes and initiatives to support reporting and generate insights that drive future learning strategies.
\n
• Monitoring L&D trends, tools, and best practices.
\n

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master’s Degree and/or Master in Human Resources, Educational Science, Work Psychology or Humanities.
\n
• Passion for people development and learning.
\n
• Team-oriented mindset and proactive approach.
\n
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Microsoft Office Suite.
\n
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
