Join the Marketing team of the Export Department within the Moto Business Unit and immerse yourself in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. From day one, you will gain hands-on experience and grow your skills in business development projects, weekly operational meeting preparations, and collaboration with Key Account Managers. Under the guidance of your tutor, you'll be empowered to take on increasing responsibilities, develop autonomy, and gain insights into strategic decision-making processes in a fast-evolving industry.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN 

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

· Business Development commercial projects in whole Export Area (Nordics, East Europe and MEAI);

· Weekly operational meeting preparation;

· Developing a collaborative approach with Key Account Managers (KAM) in each Region/Country on a daily basis;

· Creating reports and presentations for monthly meetings with other internal functions (Finance/P&C, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.);

· Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and market penetration;

· Collaborating with sales, marketing, and production teams to align demand forecasts with business goals;

· Prepare detailed reports and analysis on market conditions, pricing and sales performance in collaboration with the sales team and following HQ guidelines.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.

· Fluency in Italian and English.

· Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel.

· Passion for motorbikes will be considered a plus.
