The resource will be integrated in our HSE team of the Settimo Torinese Polo Tecnologico. The team consists of qualified professionals, including the site’s RSPP, ASPP, a management systems specialist, and an ergonomics specialist.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN  
You will collaborate with your tutor in:  
•    Participation in the preparation of general and specific risk assessment documents.
•    Development of procedures and operating instructions related to the Integrated Health, Safety, and Environment System (ISO 45001:2018 / ISO 14001:2015).
•    Incident analysis, near misses, hazardous conditions, and behaviors, and performing root cause analysis.
•    Collection and analysis of safety KPIs for continuous improvement and monthly company reporting.
•    Verification of regulatory compliance and identification of potential prevention and protection measures.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
•    Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering
•    Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
•    Basic knowledge of the Machinery Directive and Health, Safety, and Environment Systems (ISO 45001:2018 / ISO 14001:2015).
•    Fluent Italian (C1) is required.
•    Teamwork skills and ability to achieve shared goals.
•    Creativity and ability to find unconventional solutions to common problems.
•    Desire to gain experience that involves interfacing with different stakeholders within the company
