What you'll build
 
As a Working Student (f/m/d) in the Operations Excellence &amp; Business Insights team, you will support initiatives that improve how SAP engages with customers and measures business performance. You will contribute to building tools, reports, and assets that enhance business insights and help streamline end-to-end operational processes.
 
In addition to analytical work, you will also assist the team with administrative and coordination tasks, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
 
Key Responsibilities

<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Contribute to automation initiatives that simplify operational processes (e.g., cloud renewal forecasting and churn prevention)</li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Help drive innovation through the use of technology in operational workflows (e.g. Artificial Intelligence)</li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Support the team in maintaining process excellence within SAP’s internal operations</li>

<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Basic programming knowledge is a plus (e.g., Python, SAP Analytics Cloud, HANA, or similar tools) but not required</li>
<li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus, but not mandatory</li>
